With over 35 years of leadership in management consulting, Tom Hensler has a proven track record of guiding organizations through major digital transformations. Specializing in digital and ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365), Tom has helped Fortune 500 companies and government agencies execute complex programs with confidence, efficiency, and lasting success.

As a a former PwC Partner and program leader, Tom has partnered with executives and program teams to oversee complex digital transformations from initiation through delivery. This includes stages such as discovery, design, agile development, quality assurance, deployment, stabilization, and realization.
