Tom is a senior executive, transformation leader, and former Partner at Price Waterhouse with over 30 years of experience driving high-impact digital and ERP transformations for Fortune 500 companies and public-sector organizations. He is recognized for his disciplined execution, board-level engagement, and ability to deliver results across complex, high-risk change programs.
Tom began his career at Price Waterhouse after earning a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Lehigh University. Rising rapidly through the ranks, he led major systems implementations and financial transformation initiatives, culminating in his promotion to Partner and leadership of the firm’s rapidly expanding SAP ERP practice. His client portfolio has included Lucent Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Kaiser Permanente, Aerojet, and Juniper Networks, among others—frequently overseeing initiatives exceeding hundreds of millions in scope and enterprise-wide impact.
Tom has served in international leadership roles, including COO of a Seoul-based consulting joint venture, and has repeatedly been entrusted with direct accountability to boards and audit committees for program performance, risk management, and executive communication. He is also the founder and CEO of Inflective, Inc., a consultancy focused on enabling successful enterprise transformation through its proprietary ASSERT™ readiness and change acceleration methodology.
Known for his clarity, governance discipline, and ability to recover failing programs, Tom has delivered sustainable business outcomes in healthcare, technology, aerospace & defense, retail, and financial services. He brings the rare combination of operational rigor, strategic foresight, and transformational leadership.
